Lele and Kgotso exchanged vows under the gazebo at Gonubie Manor Wedding Farm, on a warm Autumn day. Friends and family gathered under the trees in great anticipation for the beautiful bride to walk down the aisle and meet her handsome groom. Lele and her gorgeous bridesmaids were so relaxed during the pre-ceremony preparations and we had plenty time to chat and share stories. When Leigh left to photograph Kgotso and his bestmen next door (about 40m away), I could hear the festivities and cheer going on. I just had to waltz over and see what all the excitement was about. I have seem many happy grooms, but Khotso takes the cake! He was in full swing, grinning from ear to ear, singing and dancing with his bestmen. They put on quite a show for us and we enjoyed the entertainment. I just love the funky coloured socks they wore – which matched their colourful personalities. When I returned to Lele and her team, the make up artist and stylist were doing their final touches. All the ladies look beautiful in their golden dresses and Lele looked breathtaking. She is such a natural beauty and has the character to match…beautiful on the inside and the outside. Her bridesmaids helped her dress and she literally blew us all away when she was dressed and ready to wed her groom. She wore the most stunning wedding gown, classic with delicate lace detail which fitted her perfectly. Yamkela from yuanjioccasions was her wedding planner and did a fine job setting up the tables, décor and table arrangements. Thank you to Sammy Amos and her amazing team for the excellent food and service, and to my friend and colleague, Leigh, for your assistance and support on the day. It was a joy working with you and capturing this joyful couple’s wedding day.
