Siviwe and Lela began their day with a hearty breakfast with friends and family at Mpongo Game Park in the Eastern Cape, followed by a 2 hour game drive, and then a fun filled photo session. The first part of the shoot entailed elegant attire, as Lela wanted a bit of a vintage, classic feel. They looked so adorable in their outfits, as they strutted along a neat pebbled pathway and playfully cuddled and kissed under a large coral tree, with its bright orange blossoms hanging above them on a large branch, with some fallen blossoms scattered on the ground. An inquisitive giraffe walked by and they stood and admired his majestic presence until he disappeared into the bush. The lovely couple settled on a picnic blanket and enjoyed some strawberries, fruits and juice. Their second outfit was camo wear and the bamboo thicket made the perfect background as they blended in with the natural setting. In a nearby bush Siviwe found a small buck skull complete with horns which made a perfect prop. I will be capturing their stylish wedding later this year and cannot wait to be a part of the celebration and to spend more time with these two amazing people. Thank you Siviwe and Lela for choosing me to capture your special day.
